Before we begin, please prepare the following mandatory documents to help us conduct a thorough and efficient evaluation:

1. Annexure A – Commissioning Inspection
   This inspection is carried out at the final stage of elevator installation and during the first-use handover. It verifies that all components operate correctly and meet South African safety and regulatory standards.
2. Annexure 1 – Department of Labour Registration
   Proof of registration with the Department of Labour confirms that your elevator has been validated for use and complies with national safety and maintenance regulations.
3. Annexure B – Independent Safety Inspection
   Conducted by a registered elevator inspector, this report identifies any issues that must be addressed before certification for safe operation.
